聚六亚甲基胍消毒剂对海产养殖动物的毒性试验研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的测定聚六亚甲基胍消毒剂对海产养殖动物的毒性,探索其作为水产养殖环境消毒的安全性、实用性和可行性。方法用模拟现场试验法,以聚六亚甲基胍消毒剂对南美白对虾、大菱鲆、刺参、刺参苗和杂色鲍作急性毒性试验。结果48h半数致死浓度(LC50)南美白对虾为25.87μL/L,大菱鲆为179.91μL/L,刺参为6.67μL/L,刺参苗为4.68μL/L;聚六亚甲基胍消毒剂20μL/L以内,48h杂色鲍无死亡。结论聚六亚甲基胍消毒剂在使用浓度内,对南美白对虾、大菱鲆、刺参、杂色鲍的毒副作用不明显,应用于水产养殖环境消毒是安全的可行的。 Object: To test determine toxicity of Polyhexamethyleneguanidine disinfectant at marine product aquatic animal, to explore its safety,practicability and feasibility. Methods: Imitative spot test in lab was used to test on acute toxicity LC50 of Polyhexamethyleneguanidine disinfectant at Penaeus vannamei, Scophthatmus maximus, Apostichopus japonicus and Haliotis dirensicolor. Results: Half deadly consistence of 48h at Penaeus vannamei, Scophthatmus maximus, Apostichopus japonicus and Haliotis dirensicolor respectively 25.87μL/L, 179.91μL/L,6.67ttL/ L ,and 4. 68μL/L within 48h H aliotis dirensicolor is not dead.. Conclution:Within concentration used of Polyhexam- ethyleneguanidine disinfectant at Penaeus vannamei, Scophthatmus maximus, Apostichopus japonicus and Haliotis dirensicolor it was safe and feasibility.
