摘要
目的评价两种方法检测消毒剂的杀菌效果。方法用悬液定量法和载体定量法对四种消毒剂的杀菌效果进行测定。结果以含有效氯20 mg/L的84消毒液、有效碘250 mg/L的碘伏、25 g/L的复合戊二醛和12.5 g/L的复方醋酸氯己定等4种消毒剂,对悬液中金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌作用2 min,平均杀灭对数值均>5.00。以含有效氯20 mg/L的84消毒液对布片载体上的金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌作用2 min,杀灭对数值均>5.00;用12.5 g/L的复方醋酸氯己定消毒液作用5 min,杀灭对数值>5.00;含有效碘250 mg/L的碘伏和25 g/L的复合戊二醛消毒液作用8 min,平均杀灭对数值均>5.00。结论两种检测方法对84消毒液杀菌效果无差别,对另外3种消毒剂杀灭载体上细菌比悬液中难。
Objective To evaluate examining germicidal efficacy of disinfectants by 2 methods.Methods Suspension quantitative method and carrier quantitative method were used to measure the germicidal efficacy of 4 disinfectants.Results The average killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and Candida albicans in suspension exposed to 4 disinfectants including 84 disinfection solution containing available chlorine 20 mg/L,iodophor containing available iodine 250 mg/L,25 g/L compound glutaraldehyde and 12.5 g/L compound chlorhexidine acetate for 2 min were 〉5.00.The killing logarithm values of S.aureus,E.coli and C.albicans on cloth carriers exposed to 84 disinfection solution containing available chlorine 20 mg/L for 2 min were 〉5.00,the killing logarithm values of these microorganisms exposed to 12.5 mg/L compound chlorhexidine acetate for 5 min were 〉5.00 and the average killing logarithm values after exposure to iodophor containing available iodine 250 mg/L and 25 g/L compound glutaraldehyde disinfection solution for 8 min were 〉5.00.Conclusions The 2 examination methods were not different for examining germicidal efficacy of 84 disinfection solution,while for the other 3 disinfectants,it was more difficult for killing bacteria on carrier than for killing bacteria in suspension.
