摘要
试验表明，以有效碘浓度为２５０ｍｇ／Ｌ的含碘清洗消毒剂溶液作用１０分钟，可将大肠杆菌与金黄色葡萄球菌杀灭９９．９％以上。该清洗消毒剂无毒，无刺激，对铝有轻度腐蚀，除油效果与洗洁精相似．
Iodine-containing Germicidal Detergent is a compound containing disinfectants and surfactants.The main germicidal component of the compound is polyvinyl pyrrolidone iodine. Its stock solution contains 0.8%of available iodine. Its efficacy in killing bacteria in suspension was measured and its toxicity,corrosiveness and effcacy in removing greasy material were observed experimentally.The results showed that its solution containing available iodine 250 mg/L with a 10 minute contact or a solution containing available iodine 500 mg/L with a 5 minute contact time could killing more than 99.9% of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus.Toxicity experiment indicated that the LD50 by intragastric administration in mice was >20 9/kg and the cumulative score for irritation to rabbit skin was zero,therefore it is nontoxic and non-irritative. Experiment on corrosiveness revealed that the rate of corrosion of aluminum immersed in the solution containing available iodine 5000 mg/L was 0.0384 mg/h,indicating slightly corrosive(<0.1 mg/h).Its efficacy in removing greasy material on surface of ceramic and glass was not significantly different as compared with Xijiejing(detergent in common use).
