摘要 目的研究复方聚维酮碘消毒液的安全性。方法采用动物试验观察其急性毒性、亚急性毒性及刺激性毒性结果。结果复方聚维酮碘消毒液对大鼠和小鼠急性经口LD50均大于5000mg/kg·bw;各剂量诱导的PCE微核率与阴性对照组比较无显著性差异;其原液对兔眼、完整皮肤及破损皮肤无刺激性;给药量在1000mg/kg·bw以下,与阴性对照组比较,对大鼠的体重、血常规及血液生物化学等指标无显著影响,试验动物各脏器均未见明显病理改变。结论复方聚维酮碘消毒液在使用浓度下毒理学是安全的。 Objective To study the safety of compound disinfection solution of povidone iodine. Methods Animal test was used to observe its acute toxicity , subacute toxicity , and irritation to eye and skin. Results The oral toxicity LD50 of compound disinfection solution of povidone iodine for both rats and mice were more than 5000mg/kg. bw;Induction of PCE micronucleus rate by different dosage showed no significant difference as compared with the negative control group;Its stock solution was non-irritating to rabbit eye ,skin and broken skin. When the dosage of disinfection solution in one rat is less than 1000 mg/kg, bw, the body weight,blood routine and blood biochemical parameters of animals of different dosage groups showed no significant difference as compared with the control group, No obvious pathological change of various organs was found in the tested animals. Conclusion he given dosages of the compound disinfection solution of povidone iodine used in the experiment is toxicologically safe.
