摘要
目的探讨低分子肝素 (lowmolecularweightheparin ,LMWH)对局灶性脑缺血再灌注损害的保护作用及机制。方法用线栓法制备大鼠大脑中动脉缺血再灌注模型 ,以ZeaLonga 5分制法评分 ,再灌注 6h后测定大鼠脑组织中MDA含量、GSH Px及MPO活力。结果LMWH能明显改善行为障碍 ,提高GSH Px活力 ,降低MDA含量 ,减缓脑组织中MPO的升高。结论LMWH对大鼠脑缺血再灌注有保护作用 ,其机制可能与提高抗氧化酶活性。
Objective To investigate the protective effects of low molecular weight heparin(LMWH) on local cerebral ischemia-reperfusion(I-R) injuryed rats and its mechanism of action.Methods Animal models of local cerebral ischemia-reperfusion were made by thread.Zea Longa method was used to evaluate behavioral change.After 6 h reperfusion,the content of malondialdehyde(MDA),the activities of glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px)and myeloperoxidase(MPO) in brain tissue were measured.Results Neurological deficits can be obviously decreased by LMWH.Compared with model group,LMWH protected the activity of GSH-Px,reduced the content of MDA and also inhibited the increase of MPO in brain tissue.Conclusion LMWH has protective effects on local ischemia-reperfusion(I-R) injuryed rat,and its mechanism may be related to increase the activity of antioxidase and reduce damage of oxygen free radicals and inflammation.
