摘要
目的 探讨一点法测定玻璃酸钠 (SH)特性黏度的可行性、准确性。方法 选用两个一点法的经验公式对SH的特性黏度进行研究 ,并与稀释法进行比较。结果 选定一个经验公式 ,所得特性黏度值的相对误差较之稀释法最大不超过 2 0 %。结论 在一定测试条件下 ,使用所选定的经验公式 ,可以用一点法代替稀释法测定SH的特性黏度。
OBJECTIVE: To study the feasibility and accuracy of the one-point method to determine the intrinsic viscosity of hyaluronate sodium (SH). METHODS: Two empirical equations of one-point method were used to determine the intrinsic viscosity of SH, and the results were compared with the corresponding ones determined by the conventional dilute extrapolation method. RESULTS: One empirical equation was selected to caculate the intrinsic viscosity of SH. The differences between the determination results of the one-point method and the dilute extrapolation method were not more than 2.0%. CONCLUSION: Under certain test conditions, the selected empirical equation is suitable for determining the intrinsic viscosity of SH rapidly.
