摘要
用神经节苷脂(GM1)(10mg/kg)处理器血管闭塞全脑缺血再灌注模型,观察缺血海马组织线粒体钙(MitochondriaCalcium、MCa)钙调素(Calmodulin,CaM)的含量变化及评价GM1对其变化的影响。结果表明。GM1能遏止缺血再灌注期MCa、CaM含量明显增高的变化,明显减轻缺血再灌注期的钙跨膜内流,具有肯定的脑保护作用。
Applying cerebral ischemic model induced by 4vessel occlusion, the contents of mitochondria calaium (Mca), Calmodulin (caM)and the effect of manosidoltetrahexosylganglioside(GM1) were obseved. The results show that the ischemic reperfusion rat hippocampus Mca caM contents were significantly higher than the controls (P<0.01).After being treated with GM1,the changes above improved apparenty (P<0.01)and weren't significantly different as cmpared with control's (P>0.05)。The facts suggested that GM1 had effects of scavening the increase of Mca and caM contents on ischemic reperfusion brain damage.
