摘要
利用不同分离培养基从不同生态区域土壤中分离纤维素分解菌,针对其中木霉T1、T4与毛壳菌G2、G3菌株进行生物学特性研究,结果表明:不同菌株对营养成分变化反应不同,T1、T4、G2菌株最适天然培养基为胡萝卜煎汁与番茄煎汁,G3最适天然培养基为菠菜与马铃薯;T1、T4最适合成培养基分别为Mayer与Boas,G2、G3最适合成培养基分别为Mayer、Hopkin;T1、T4最适碳源分别为果糖与麦芽糖,G2、G3最适碳源为麦芽糖;T1、T4最适氮源为蛋白胨,G2、G3最适氮源为豆饼粉;但光照对不同菌株影响均不大;四菌株对温度反应相同,最适温度均为25~30 ℃;T1、T4最适pH为4~5,G2、G3最适pH为7~8;碳氮比值变化对T1、T4影响不大,而G2、G3的生长受到高碳氮比值的抑制。
Different iso1ated mediums were used to iso1ate cellulo1ytic microbes from different soil,and four fungi strains (Trichoderma T1 and T4;Chaetomium G2 and G3) were got. The analysis of bio-chara- cteristics of which showed that the optimum natural media of Tl, T4 and G2 were carrot juice and tomato juice,G3 was spinage juice and PDA;the optimum synthesized media of Tl and T4 were Mayer and Boas respectively, G2 and G3 were Mayer and Hopkin;the optimum carbon resources of Tl and T4 were fructose and maltose respectively,G2 and G3 are the same as maltose;the optimum nitrogen recourse of Tl and T4 was peptone,G2 and G3 were benefited form the cake powder;the optimum growth condition was under 25~30 ℃,pH 4~5;but il1umination had little effect on the growth of these four strains;the changed ratio of carbon to nitrogen had little affection on Tl and T4,but the higher ratio of carbon to nitrogen did restrain the growth ability of G2 and G3.
