摘要
采用酶联免疫吸附测定(ELISA)方法,测定玉米苗期接种丝黑穗病菌后植株体内生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA)、玉米素核苷(ZR)和脱落酸(ABA)4种内源激素的含量变化,从寄主与病菌互作过程中植物内源激素的变化研究玉米对丝黑穗病的抗性机制。研究结果表明,玉米丝黑穗病菌侵染玉米植株后,植株体内单一激素ABA含量提高;IAA、GA和ZR的含量降低;IAA/ABA、ZR/ABA、GA/ABA及(IAA+GA+ZR)/ABA的比值均明显低于对照。激素间的比值变化较单一激素的含量变化更加显著,相对单一激素的调控作用,激素间相互作用对调节植株生长发育更为重要。玉米丝黑穗病菌侵染玉米的过程中,植物内源激素的一系列变化可能是引起植株出现畸形症状(如节间缩短、植株矮化和丛生等)的直接原因。
The resistance mechanism of maize to head smut was first studied by determining endogenous hormone changes during host-pathogen interaction.The change of endogenous hormone of maize seedling infected by Sporisorium reilianum was mainly as follows.According to single endogenous hormone levels,ABA content in maize seedling after infecting was raised,IAA,GA and ZR content were reduced.Comparing to the ratio of the endogenous hormone,the ratio of IAA/ABA,ZR/ABA,GA/ ABA and(IAA+GA+ZR)/ABA in maize seedling treated with Sporisorium reilianum were significantly lower than that of control group.The ratio change of endogenous hormone were more significant than single endogenous hormone,it controlled the function of endogenous hormone to plant growing.The results showed that the change of endogenous hormone was correlated to abnormal maize plant(short inter-node plants,dwarf and thick-growing plants) caused by Sporisorium reilianum.
