摘要
小麦赤霉病菌菌丝生长的最适温度为 2 5℃ ;湿度越大菌丝生长越快 ;2 4h黑暗或 12h黑暗 +12h光照较有利于菌丝生长。小麦赤霉病菌在小麦、燕麦、玉米、绿豆等煎汁中培养不产生分生孢子 ,在该试验选用的合成培养基中产孢且孢子量大 ;在各类预防性杀菌剂中 ,多菌灵效果最佳。
The biological characteristics were studied. The results showed that the optimum temperature of scab mycel growth was 25?℃.Mycel could grow when the relative humidity was more than 70%. The more the relative humidity was, the quicker the mycel grew. Mycel grew fast under circumstance of 12?h light/12?h darkness or without lighting. Scab could not produce conidium in medium of wheat juice, oat juice, corn juice or mungbean juice. It could produce many conidia in the synthetic medium used in this experiment. Carbendazim had the strongest virulence to scab among the fungicides used in this test.
