摘要
介绍了一种新的鉴别培养基，含酸洗纤维素和染料刚果红．纤维分解菌能在其上产生一清晰可见的红色水解圈，明显区别于其它微生物类群．用该培养基可快速。
The number of cellulose decomposing microorganisms which are present in soil often reflects the fertility of that soil,and it is one of the most important ecological indicators.A new differential medium,containing acid washing cellulose and dye Congo red,could be used to enumerate cellulose decomposing microor ganisms in soil directly and exactly.The distinct zones around the colonies of the cellulose decomposing microorganisms can be seen easily when compared with the colonies of other microorganism types.
