摘要
滤纸平板法结合摇床培养筛选到2个纤维素分解能力较强的混合菌M1和M2。在以纤维素为碳源的培养液中,28℃振荡培养4d,滤纸纤维素失重率分别达57.53%和54.92%,未经处理的稻草秆纤维素失重率为38.82%和36.21%。膨化稻草比稻草秆易分解,纤维素降解率可达68.83%和60.02%。经初步鉴定,M1由木霉F1和芽孢杆菌Ba组成,M2由木霉F2和芽孢杆菌Ba组成。实验结果表明,由真菌、细菌组成的混合菌分解纤维素的能力明显强于其中任何一个单一菌株。
Two mixing cultures of cellulose decomposing microorganisms, M1 and M2 were isolated by filter paper plating and shaking method. They grew in a liquid medium with cellulose as sole carbon source. Shaking at 28 ℃ for 4 days, the cellulose of filter paper were decomposed 57.53% and 54.92% respectively; cellulose from untreated rice straw stalk 38.82% and 36.21%. And rice straw powder was decomposed 68.68% and 60.02%. M1 and M2 decomposed rice straw powder more effectively than rice straw stalk. M1 contained Trichoderma sp. F1 and Bacillus sp. Ba, and M2 contained Trichoderma sp. F2 and Bacillus sp. Ba. They decomposed cellulose more effectively than a single strain. The relationship between cellulose decomposing strains and their associative bacteria was investigated .
