摘要
目的了解影响病人满意度的因素,提出干预措施.方法对2001年11月~2002年10月'住院病人对护理工作满意度调查表'中对护理工作有意见的调查表178份进行分析.结果病人对护理工作不满的原因主要集中在入院介绍、健康教育方面,同时,基础护理不到位、服务态度不佳及护士长不能及时深入病房也是影响病人满意度的因素之一.结论提高病人满意度的方法主要有:一是护理人员要树立以病人为中心的护理观,重视入院介绍、健康教育;二是利用各种途径提高自己的知识储备,提高健康教育能力;三是护士长要经常深入病房,及时了解病人对护理工作的反馈意见.
Objective To study factors affecting patient's satisfaction and propose positive measures.Methods From Nov.2001to Oct.2002,inpatients were investigated with questionnaire'Inpatients'satisfaction with nursing'.178questionnaires with pa-tient's advice concerning nursing were analyzed.Res ults Introduction of hospitalization and health education were patient's main complaints about nursing.In addition,poor basic nursing,negative service attitude and head nurse's untimely and inadequate pre-sence in the ward were also influencing factors.Conclus ion Measures to improve patient's satisfaction include:(1)Nurses should establish the concept of'putting the patients in the center'and emphasize hospitalization introduction and health education;(2)Nurses should improve their knowledge and ability of health education;(3)Head nurses should be in the ward more frequently.
