摘要
目的 :为了探讨医生、护士、患者评价优秀临床护士的差异性。方法 :通过开放式问卷调查及对项目的筛选 ,得出“优秀临床护士评价问卷。”用此问卷对医生、护士、患者进行了测试 ,将结果进行单因素方差分析。结果 :对优秀临床护士的评价 :医生认为护士是医生的助手 ,因此注重于护士的依赖职责和相互依赖职责 ;护士更注重于工作的责任感 ,慎独精神 ,协作精神以及专业技术水平 ;患者则要求护士能为其提供生理、心理、社会等全方位的护理。结论 :护理工作中要切实为病人提供全方位的护理 ,同时 ,也要争取医生的理解和支持。
To discussing the difference of doctors,nurses,and patients appraising excellent clinic nurses.The questionnaire of the excellent clinic nurses was self-develeped.The statistics methods include factor analysis and analysis of variance.The results showed that doctors think that nurses are assistants of them,and they pay attention to nurses'dependency responsibilities and the responsibilities of dependency each other ,and nurses pay more attention to the sense of the responsibility of the work, the cautious spirit, the spirit of cooperation and the ability of work.Patients request nurses with responsibility for providing holistic nursing to them.
