摘要
医疗质量是医院管理永恒的主题。医疗质量直接关系到病人的生命安危,关系到医院的生存与发展。我院实行动态医疗质量管理,提出突出“三抓”,从增强全体医务人员的医疗质量意识入手,逐步完善制度,建立以“四级检查法”为主要手段的质量考核体系,确保医疗质量稳步提高。
The management, improvement and development of medical services quality as permanent and hot topics related directly to the lives, safety as well as well - being of patients and the survival and development of hospitals, are approached through: internal dynamicmanagement measures such as 3 grasps , 4 steps examination; inter - departmental better communication to allow for service resources and benefits to follow the patient through the full range of health services, rather than being tied to a single unit or service provider; research of cost - effective, including new and high - technological, outpatient - based diversified service means, when and where suitable, in various phases of treatment; development of clinical practice guidelines and standards in specialized areas, as appropriate approaches and references to optimize resources use and to measurethe effectiveness of concrete conditions in the hospigal.
