摘要
文章综述了建国以来我国护理质量管理由经验管理到科学管理的发展过程及现状,并预示,随着医学科技的不断进步、护理观念的进一步转变,以全面质量管理为基础,以整体护理为内容,以健全的质量保证体系为核心,以信息控制为手段的护理质量保证管理,必将成为21世纪护理质量管理的发展方向。
Management practices and attitudes of nursing care are continuously improved so as to : adapt to far reaching technological changes, greater interdependencies and job complexity, higher demands from clients; create systems that are participatory, cooperative, coordinated in order to increase motivational level of nurses; increase communication between those who are setting the goals, objectives, plans and those who are at operational levels; train and bring up more nursing science specialists, human resource development consultants, excellent nurses by flexible, innovative, scientific study and use of new and high medical Sci - Tech achievements.
