摘要
利用保存16～30个月的兔角膜,对9只兔(9眼)行部分穿透角膜移植实验。结果有3只兔植片保持透明4个月以上,其中1兔已达1年以上。提示:长期干燥保存的免角膜内皮细胞并非完全死亡。
Partial penetrating keratoplasty was performed in9 rabbits (9 eyes) using long-term desiccated pre-served rabbit corneas (16-30 monthes). The grafts in3 rabbits remained transparency after thetransplantation fof more than 4 monthes and one of them over one year. The result suggested that theendothelial cells of long-term desiccated preserved rab-bit corneas were not died completely.
