摘要
目的 :探讨穿透性角膜移植治疗圆锥角膜的疗效。方法 :穿透性角膜移植治疗圆锥角膜 4 3例 (46眼 ) ,术后随访 3～ 38月 ,观察疗效和排斥反应的发生情况。结果 :术后裸眼视力≥ 0 4者 31眼 ,植片与植床相同直径或较植片大于植床的裸眼视力好 ,3例发生排斥反应。结论 :穿透角膜移植对圆锥角膜晚期病例可明显提高视力且并发症少 ,是安全、有效的治疗方法。
Objective:To analyze the curative effect of penetrating keratoplasty for keratoconus.Methods:Forty-three cases(46 eyes)of keratoconus treated by penetrating keratoplasty were observed and followed up from 3 to 38 months.Results:Thirty-one eyes gained above 0.4 uncorrected vision.Three eyes had rejection.Donors and the recipients using the same size of trephine resulted in a better visual acuity than those using different sizes.Conclusion:Penetrating keratoplasty was a safe and effective treatment for terminal keratoconus.
