摘要
目前角膜移植材料的主要保存方法有:1.短期保存法(4℃冰箱内湿房保存法),MK液保存法;2.中期保存即器官培养法,KSol液保存法;3.长期保存法,为脱水或冻干保存法(用于板层角膜移植)和超低温冷藏保存法。上述保存法各有利弊。为找出方便易行、既适于板层角膜移植又可行穿透角膜移植的角膜材料保存法,我们在应用干燥。
Partial penetrating keratoplasties using desiccated allogenic corneal grafts preserved were performed in 37 rabbits (37 eyes). The grafts remained transparent for an average duration of over 2 weeks.Evaluations on the morphology of the existing endothelial cells of the grafts were made after staining with alizarin reds and trypan blue. Normal endothelial cells arranged in mosaics-like with hexagonal borders and light blue, broad-beans-like nuclei were found. No endothelial cells were discovered at the margin between the cornea of the recipient eye and the graft. These observations suggested that the normal endothelial cells found on the graft were the original of itself, not coming from the cornea of the recipient eye.
