摘要
目的探讨甘油冷冻保存的全眼球角膜材料在治疗重症角膜溃疡应用中的临床效果。方法对重症角膜溃疡患者110例采用甘油冷冻保存的角膜行穿透性移植,观察临床效果。结果术后94例(85.5%)炎症得到控制,88例(80%)术后保留了部分视力。结论甘油冷冻保存角膜材料能及时治疗重症角膜溃疡,并为将来的复明创造条件。
Purpose To explore the clinical result of penetrating keratoplasty using the donor complete-eyeball corneas freezing-preserved with glycerine for treating severe comeal ulcer. Methods A total of 110 eyes with severe corneal ulcer underwent penetrating keratoplasty using the donor corneas freezing-preserved with glycerine and the clinical result were observed. Results Postoperanvely, in 94 of 110 patients (85.5%) inflammations have been controlled, and 88 eyes (80%) have recovered definite visual acuity. Conclusion Using the donor corneas freezing preserved with glycerine can treat severe corneal ulcer timely and create a condition for recovering visual acuity in the future.
