摘要
用干燥保存10～57d 猴角膜,对10只猴(10眼)进行同种异体部分穿透角膜移植。共观察了9眼,最短者1个月,最长11个月以上。结果透明愈合者3眼,半透明2眼。对维持透明8个月的植片,行茜素红和台盼兰联合染色,内皮细胞层呈正常形态。提示:干燥保存角膜内皮细胞,可能并非死细胞。在活体房水培育和再水合作用下,经过一段复苏过程,可以恢复其正常形态和功能。
Allogenic partial penestrating keratoplasties using corneas preserved by desiccationfor 10 to 57 days were performed in 10 rhesus monkeiys (10 eyes).Nine eyes wereobserved for 1 to over 11 months.There was transparent healing in 3 eyes and semi-transparent healing in eyes.The grafts remaining transparency 8 months after keratoplastywere stained with alizarin red S and trypan blue,and the corneal endothelium appearednormal in morphology.It suggested that the endothelial cells of the cornea preserved bydesiccation could not be dead cells,and normal morphology and function could recoverthrough the process of resuscitation after in rive culture in aqueous humor and rehydration.
