摘要
本文用免疫金银法对豚鼠胃肠5-HT 能神经的分布进行了观察。5-HT 能神经细胞和神经纤维主要分布在肌间神经丛和粘膜下神经丛。在固有层内有时能见到5-HT 能神经细胞和神经纤维,同时发现5-HT 能神经纤维延伸到5-HT 免疫活性内分泌细胞的基底部,并与内分泌细胞相接触。
The distribution of serotonergic nerves in gastrointestinal tract of guinea-pigs
was studied by using immunogold-silver staining method.The serotonergic neurons
and fibers were mainly distributed in the myenteric plexus and in the submucous
plexus.Occasionally the serotonergic neurons and fibers could be found in the
mucosa and the serotonergic fibers extended to the basal portion of 5-HT immuno-
reactive endocrine cells and seemed to be contacted with them.
