摘要
用5-HT抗体和5-HT抗独特型抗体的免疫组织化学反应,研究了5-HT及5-HT受体在大鼠颌下腺的分布。雄性大鼠颌下腺的浆液性腺泡的腺上皮细胞、各级导管的上皮细胞、颌下腺内副交感神经节细胞、毛细血管及小血管的内皮细胞均呈5-HT和5-HT受体免疫反应阳性。但是,雌性大鼠的颌下腺只有一些导管的上皮细胞呈5-HT和5-HT受体免疫反应阳性。以上结果提示,5-HT及5-HT受体在雄性大鼠颌下腺的分布比在雌性大鼠的广泛,大鼠颌下腺内所有5-HT阳性细胞都可能具有自分泌5-HT的功能。
By immunohistochemical reaction with 5-HT antibody and it's anti-idiotypic antibody, the localization of 5-HT and it’s receptor in the submaxillary gland of rats were studied.The results showed that in the gland of male rat,the glandular epithelial cells of serous acinus,the epithelial cells in all gland ducts,parasympathetic ganglion cells and the endothelial cells in capillaries and small vessels were 5-HT and it’s receptor immunoreaction. But in the gland of female rat,only epithelial cells in some gland duct were 5-HT and it's receptor positive. It is,suggested that the 5-HT and 5-HT receptor in submaxillary gland of the male rat are more widespread than that of the female rat,and that the all of 5-HT immunoreaction cells in the gland may possess 5-HT autocrine function.
