摘要
目的 :观察大鼠腮腺内 5 -羟色胺 (5 -HT)受体的分布。方法 :免疫组织化学ABC法。抗 5 -HT的抗体是兔源性的抗 5 -HT独特型抗体 ,购于第四军医大学。结果 :大鼠腮腺的各级导管的上皮细胞、毛细血管及小血管的内皮细胞均呈5 -HT受体免疫反应阳性 ,免疫反应物分布于胞质 ,胞核为阴性反应。结论 :大鼠腮腺各级导管上皮细胞内有 5 -HT受体 ,说明大鼠腮腺可能有自分泌 5 -HT的功能。
Objective: To study the location of 5-THR in the parotid gland of rats.Methods:Immunohistochemical ABC method was used. The antibody against the 5-HT receptor was the anti-idiotypic antibody to 5-HT antibody and was purchased from the Fourth Military Medical University. Results:The epithelial cells of all gland ducts , capillaries and small blood vessels showed 5-HTR immunoreactivity in cytoplasma, but nuclear staining was negative. Conclusion:The epithelial cells of all gland ducts are of 5-HTR immunoreaction in cytoplasma, indicating that the parotid gland of rats may possess 5-HT autocrine function.
