摘要
应用 5 -羟色胺 (5 - HT)和 P物质 (SP)免疫组化方法 ,对 10例运动迟缓型便秘患者降结肠、乙状结肠和 8例“正常对照”组结肠进行观察 ,结果发现结肠粘膜下 5 - HT阳性细胞明显增多 ,而肠肌间神经丛 5 - HT增加不明显 ,SP阳性细胞减少 ,提示运动迟缓型便秘肠神经系统 5 - HT和 SP免疫反应的异常变化 ,可能是结肠迟缓性便秘的神经病理基础。
Using immunohistochemical method, SP and 5 HT immunoreactive products were observed in the descending colon and sigmoid colon of 10 patients with delayed motor constipation and in the control group of 8 normal subjects The 5 HT positive cells obviously increased in the submucous along with a non significant increase in the active nerve cells of 5 HT in the intermuscular nerve plexus The SP positive cells were also significantly reduced These findings suggest that the abnormal changes in the 5 HT and SP immunoreaction of the intestinal nervous system could be the neuropathological basis for the delayed motor constipation of colon \;
