不同光周期下豚鼠松果体和卵巢的组织学变化及其关系的研究 被引量:1

摘要 本文用控制光周期和组织学的方法证实在雌性豚鼠中光周期—松果体—卵巢之间的联系及忪果体对卵巢的作用.实验分6组:长光周期(141:10d)下(1)对照组Ⅰ,n=9,(2)PinxⅠ,n=6,(3)OVXI,n=6;短光周期(81:16d)下(4)对照纽Ⅱ,n=6,(5)PinxⅡ,n=6,(6)OVXⅡ,n=6.光周期处理78d后,对松聚体和卵巢的组织学连续切片的分析表明:1)与长光周期相比,短光周期使松果体表现出分泌功能加强的组织学特征.切除卵巢对松果体组织学影响不大;2)短光周期使对照组卵巢中黄体及格氏滤泡数量明显减少,切除松果体后卵巢对短光周期的抑制作用不再有相应的反应;3)与对照组Ⅰ相比;切除松果体的两组动物卵泡生长和发育的同步化程度明显提高,但排卵数无明显改变.以上表明光周期变化对豚鼠卵巢活动的影响是通过松果体的调解和传递实现的. The relations among photopcriod,pineal and ovary in female guinea-pigs were proved by the methods of the photoperiod control and histology.There were six groups.Under 14L:10d photoperiod:1)controll, n=9;2)Pincalcctomy Ⅰ(Pinx Ⅰ),n=6;3)Ovariectomy Ⅰ(ovx Ⅰ),n=6.After 78 days photoperiod treatment,the serial pineal and ovarian tissue sections were analysed.It was found:1)Compared with long photoperiod,short photoperiod made the pineals show the endocrine functions increased.Ovx had little effect on pineal histology.2)Short photoperiod made the number of the corpus luteums and growing follicles in the Cont.11 ovaries decreased clearly.After pinealectomied,their ovaries no longer reacted to this inhibition of short photoperiod accordingly.3)Compared with Cont.1,Pinx Ⅰ and Pinx Ⅱ synchronous level of the follic- ular growth and developement were enhanced clearly,but their ovultory number did not change obviousiy. All of these sugcsted that the effects of the changes of photoperiod on the guinea-pig ovarian activities were realized through the regulation and transmission of the pineal.
