摘要
本文用免疫组织化学ABC法,对神经肽Y(NPY)能神经纤维和神经元在人空肠壁内的分布进行了研究.结果:NPY能神经纤维和神经元呈棕褐色;NPY能神经纤维遍布肠壁各层,位于粘膜固有层内的神经纤维在小肠腺周围交织或疏网状.NPY能神经元见于肌间及粘膜下神经丛,尤以后者为多.粘膜内也可见NPY能神经元,它们分布于小肠腺下方,紧靠粘膜肌,或位于粘膜肌内.
The distribution of NPY immunoreactive (NPY-IR) nerve fibers andcells was studied by using the immunohistochemical ABC method. Observations found that NPY-IR nerve fibers and cells show a brown color. NPY-IR nerve fibers distributed in the all layers of the jejunum. There were NPY-IR nerve fibers in the lamina propria, which form a woven network around the Lieberkuhn's crypts. NPY-IR neurons were seen in the myenteric and submucous plexuses, mainly in submucous plxus. There were NPY-IR neurons in the mucosa, some were under the Lieberkuhu's cryptsand adjacent to the muscularis mucosa, others were in the muscularis mucosa.
