摘要
双变径轮式抽油机是在继承常规游梁式抽油机优点的基础上设计而成的大载荷、长冲程、低冲次节能型抽油机。该机型的双变径轮设计相当于游梁机的前、后臂变长 ,通过变径轮的两次变径 ,能使抽油机的传动性与油井的载荷变化规律更好地相适应 ,从而降低减速器的扭矩波动 ,达到节能降耗之目的。采用复合平衡系统 ,可显著降低抽油机连杆和支架的受力 ,提高整机运转平稳性 ,减少振动和噪声 ,在小泵深抽采油工艺中 ,节能效果尤佳。双变径轮式抽油机设计方案 ,既可应用于新机制造 ,也可应用于将现有的中小冲程、能耗大的常规游梁式抽油机改造成大载荷、长冲程。
A dual variable-diameter wheel pumping unit, which has long stroke and low pumping speed and large load capacity, is designed based on conventional beam pumping units. The design of dual variable-diameter wheel makes the transmission of the pumping unit being more adaptive to the variation of the load of the oil well, therefore leads to the reduction of fluctuation of gear reducer's torque and realizes energy saving. The compound balancing system is adopted to decrease the force on the pitman and pumping jack and ensure the pumping unit running more smoothly. The new pumping unit can bring in good economic benefit.
