扇形长冲程抽油机的优化设计与动力仿真 被引量:1

摘要 在常规游梁式抽油机的基础上, 设计了一种新型柔性连杆变矩节能扇形抽油机, 其特点是结构简单紧凑, 天车轮可以实现大摆角, 易实现长冲程, 节能效果显著。建立了该抽油机机构尺寸的优化设计方法以及悬点运动规律与动力性能仿真模型。仿真结果表明, 该新型抽油机具有优越的动力性能, 和常规游梁式抽油机相比, 该机曲柄轴扭矩波动小, 基本消除了负扭矩, 曲柄轴最大扭矩约下降 25%, 装机功率约下降 30%, 节能效果在 20%左右。 A new power saving pumping unit with fan-shaped crown sheave and flexible connecting rod is developed based on the conventional beam pumping unit. By means of large swing of the crown sheave, the pumping unit can operate with long stroke, resulting in a remarkable reduction of the power consumption. The optimum design method of the structure dimensions and the simulation model for the polished rod motion and dynamic behaviors are presented. The result of the simulation shows that, the new unit has excellent dynamic performance, and it runs with small fluctuation of torque on the crankshaft. Compared with the conventional beam pumping unit, its maximal torque on the crankshaft is reduced by 25%, and the installed power lowered by about 30%.
