三缸钻井泵的稳态运动规律及运转平稳性

摘要 研究了计入摩擦时三缸钻井泵的稳态运动规律,并用遂次逼近的数值方法解决摩擦力和摩擦力矩与泵运动规律间的相互依存问题;同时以3NB—1000泵为例讨论,分析了各种工况下曲轴的速度波动和力矩波动问题,指出工况点的变化标志着泵运转性能的变化;提出了以曲轴力矩波动系数γ作为评价泵运转平稳性的主要依据。 This paper studies the steadystate motion law of triplex drilling pump with friction considered. It used the numerical evaluation of gradual approximation to solve the interdepence problem between friction force and torgue of friction and the law of motion of the pump. Taking 3NB—1000 friplex drilling pump as an example, the paper also discuses and analyes the speed fluctuation and torgue fluctuation of the crank in all kinds of working conditions, points out that the change of certain favourable working condition indicates the change of running performance of the pump. It proposes that torque fluctuation coefficient should be regarded as the main basis for evaluatiog the running smoothness of the pump.
