摘要
为了确定由铰链四杆机构和反导杆机构串联组成的天轮式抽油机悬点和各构件的运动状态,建立了相应的运动和动力分析解析方程,计算了抽油机的运动和动力规律,得出结论:(1)抽油机的连杆受力较小,但连杆受压特别是失载后,将承受较大的压力;(2)抽油机的支架受力较复杂,必须有足够的强度;(3)抽油机天轮和摆杆之间的力受平衡的影响较大,当平衡不佳时,该力将急剧增加;(4)相对于常规游梁式抽油机,天轮式抽油机结构复杂,外形尺寸较小,质量轻。
s The pumping unit with crown sheave described in this article is mainly comprised of four-bar linkage and guide mechanism. To make clear the motion conditions of the polished rod and the component parts of this pumping unit the analytical equations for kinetic and dynamic analysis are established and relative calculation is made. Conclusions are drawn as follows 1 force acting on the linkage is small but it increases while the pumping unit is out of load 2 the pumping jack must have enough strength since it bears complicated force 3 the force between the crown sheave and swing rod increases rapidly when the balance of the unit is unstable 4 the pumping unit with crown sheave is characterized by smaller size and light weight compared with that of conventional beam pumping units.
