摘要
LCYJ10-8-105HB型复合天轮式长冲程抽油机与φ57mn、φ70mm抽油泵配合使用,不仅排量大,而且可进行环空测试,以录取井下资料和进行油井动态分析。对这种抽油机进行结构分析及悬点位移、速度和加速度的计算结果表明,与常规游梁抽油机相比,在冲程与冲次乘积相同的情况下,其最大悬点加速度要低得多,因而可显著地降低悬点动载荷,明显改善机、杆、泵的工作条件。
This newly developed' compound crown sheave 'long-stroke pumping unit, worked with 57 or 70mm diameter subsurface pump, can not only meet the requirement of large capacity production, but also provide the convenience of annulus well logging, which is essential for studying the dynamic condition of the well. Analysis and calculation show that, comp ared with a conventional beam pumping unit having the same S× N product, the maximum polished rod acceleration of the new unit is much smaller, so the polished rod dynamic load is greatly reduced and the working condition of the pumping system distinctly improved.
