摘要
游梁式抽油机的移动式游梁辅助平衡装置是在游梁上安装一个可移动的平衡块,通过抽油机连杆及辅助连杆(拉杆)带动平衡块沿游梁后臂往复运动,改变平衡块在游梁后臂上的位置,从而获得较好的平衡效呆。还对平衡机构的运动规律、平衡块受力及减速箱曲柄轴扭矩等进行了分析。理论计算及现场试验结果表明,该平衡装置具有降低曲柄轴扭矩峰值、减少曲柄轴扭矩波动及降低抽油机耗电等优点。
The auxiliary balancing device for beam pumping units is a movable counterbalance installed on the walking beam,which reciprocates along the back arm of the beam under the action of the linkage and results in good balancing effect.The authors analyze the motion law of the balancing mechanism,the forces on the counterbalance and the torque on the gearreducer crank shaft.Calculation and field test show that,by using this auxiliary balancing device, both the peak value and the fluctuation of the crank shaft torque are reduced and the power consumption of the pumping unit is decreased.
