摘要
本实验室筛选到一株产纤溶酶较强的枯草芽孢杆菌,通过研究发现,其最适产酶的发酵条件为:葡萄糖2%、豆渣6%、pH7.0、温度37℃、种龄24h、接种量10%。发酵第4d产酶最高,最大产酶量可达713.11IU/mL。
A fibrinolytic enzyme -produing bacillus subtilis was screened in our experiment.The result showed the optimal conditions for formentation were:g lucose2%,soybean dreg s 6%,pH7.0,temperature37℃,10%of inoculum at 24h.The strain's fibrinolytic enzyme activity reached it's maximum in the forth day.In these conditions,the strain's fibrinolytic enzyme activity was 713.11urokinese unit each milliliter of broth.
