摘要
用不同配比的石油生焦、B4 C、SiC混合磨粉 ,不加粘结剂模压成型、烧结制得C -SiC -B4 C系碳 陶复合材料 ,在70 0~ 12 0 0℃温度范围内对其抗氧化性能进行了测试 ,结果表明复合材料抗氧化性能的优劣与B4 C含量、SiC B4 C含量比例和氧化测试温度有密切关系 。
C-SiC-B 4 C carbon/ceramic composite materials were prepared from different ratios of ground mixed powders of green petroleum coke, B 4 C, SiC by compression moulding and sintering without addition of any binder. Oxidation resistance of the composites was tested at temperatures from 700 ℃ to 1200 ℃. The experimental results show that the oxidation resistance depends closely on the content of B 4 C, the ratio of contents between SiC and B 4 C , and the temperature at which all samples were tested. Moreover, this essay, for the fist time, pose a concept of critical anti-oxidation temperature of this kind of materials. Several factors which greatly affect the above mentioned temperature are also obtained.
