摘要
提出了一种高温长寿命Ｃ／Ｃ防氧化复合梯度涂层，并指出了制备这一复合梯度涂层的工艺途径，同时实验研究了复合涂层中各单一涂层的防氧化作用及作用效果。实验结果表明，按照这种涂层和工艺制备的Ｃ／Ｃ防氧化涂层可以在１６００℃工作１６８个小时以上。
A gradient comPOsite coating for high temperature and long life oxidation protection of Carbon-carboncomposites is developed in this paper. The technology requirements of this coating are investigsted. Thefunction and effects of every single layer in the composite coating to the oxidation protection properties arestudied by experiments. The experimental results show that the coating prepared according to the technolgoycan work more than 168 hours at 1600℃.
