摘要
研究了碳相含量对原位合成的碳/陶复合材料(C-SiC-TiC-TiB2)的结构和性能的影响。结果表明:随着碳含量的增加,材料的抗弯强度下降。材料的烧结温度应随着碳含量增加相应的提高。
Effects of the content of carbon on the structure and properties of carbon/ceramic composite prepared by in-situ synthesis were studied.It is found that the bending strength of the composite decreases with the increase of carbon c ontent.The sintering temperature of the composite should be higher to obtain a dense carbon/ceramic composites when the carbon content increases.
