摘要
本文叙述了用化学气相渗法(CVI)制备炭纤维增强C—SiC梯度基复合材料,通过改变原料气体成分配比控制基体微观结构的变化,给出各工艺参数选择的依据及控制的要声点,分析了材料微观结构。
Carbon fiber reinforced C and SiC gradient matrix composites were prepared by chemical vapor infiltration (CVI)through the codeposition process Matrix microstructures were controlled by changing composition ratio of source gas.
