摘要
本文就烧结温度对C-B4C-SiC炭/陶复合材料显微结构与性能影响进行了研究,发现复合材料密度、强度随烧结温度的升高而明显提高,电阻率随烧结温度的升高而下降,这和烧结体显微结构(气孔率、晶粒大小与分布、晶界状况等)密切相关。
Abstract:The effect of sintering temperature on the microstructure and properties of C-B4C-SiC composite was studied.The density and strength of the composite increase markedly with the increasing of the sintering temperature, but the specific resistance decreases.The properties of the composite are closely related to its microstructure such as the porosity,the grain size and distribution, the state of the grain boundary.
