摘要
利用TG-DSC热分析和傅里叶红外光谱分析研究了在不同炭化温度下C-SiC-B4C复合材料用煤沥青粘结剂的热缩聚焦化过程,考察了煤沥青焦化过程中内部结构基团变化。通过对中温煤沥青的TG-DSC分析和红外分析结果发现:中温煤沥青的结焦炭化过程主要在210~600℃之间完成,当利用煤沥青作粘结剂制备C-SiC-B4C复合材料时,这个温度区间的升温速率必须尽量减慢;一定范围内,随着烧结温度的提高,能够提高C-SiC-B4C复合材料的致密化程度。
The coking process of coal-tar pitch binder for C-SiC-B4C composites at different carbonization temperatures is analyzed through TG-DSC and infrared spectrum analysis to investigate the change of structural groups of the binder in the coking process.Based on the TG-DSC and infrared spectrum analysis result,it is found that the main coking process of medium-temperature pitch is between 210~600 ℃ so that the heating rate in this temperature range must be slowed down when the medium-temperature pitch is used as binder to prepare C-SiC-B4C composites.The densification of C-SiC-B4C composites can be improved as the increase of the sintering temperature in a certain range.
