摘要
为测定多阶段冲击载荷下煤矿液压支架的动态响应特征,以液压支架立柱刚度为支撑,测定静载荷压力,并将静载荷作为约束条件,设定低速、中速、高速三种冲击载荷,分析动载施加点的变化情况,计算受力比及立柱的应力状态。实验结果表明,在低速、中速、高速冲击载荷作用下,实测压力与初始压力比值的峰值分别约为1.3、1.2、0.9;在900 kN的载荷状态下,前、后立柱垂直应力波动较小,后期稳定在1 400~1 600 kN;在不同冲击速度下,液压支架压力变化趋势明显,前立柱垂直应力较大,下沉量显著,后立柱垂直应力保持稳定,可确保支架整体平衡。
In order to determine the dynamic response characteristics of coal mine hydraulic supports under multi-stage impact loads,the static load pressure is measured based on the column stiffness of the hydraulic supports,the static load is used as the constraint condition,three kinds of impact loads:low speed,medium speed and high speed are set,the changes in the dynamic load application points are analyzed,and the stress ratio and the stress state of the columns are calculated.The experimental results show that the peak ratios of the measured pressure to the initial pressure are about 1.3,1.2 and 0.9 under low-speed,medium-speed and high-speed impact loads respectively;under the load state of 900 kN,the vertical stress fluctuation in the front and rear columns is small,and it is stable at 1400-1600 kN in the later period;under different impact velocities,the pressure change trend of the hydraulic supports is obvious,the vertical stress of the front column is large,and the subsidence is significant,the vertical stress of the rear column remains stable,which can ensure the overall balance of the supports.
