基于有限元分析的矿用液压支架顶梁结构优化设计

摘要 液压支架是煤矿开采中的关键设备,直接影响生产作业的效率与安全性。文章利用Creo和Ansys软件,构建了ZY29000/45/100D型液压支架顶梁的有限元模型,发现顶梁在柱窝区域出现了显著的应力集中现象,最大等效应力达到875.93 MPa,导致结构的安全系数较低。设计顶梁结构优化方案,增加局部筋板厚度,增设贴板和斜拉肋板,增强了顶梁力学性能,优化后的顶梁安全系数达到1.23,满足相关规范要求。根据优化方案开展工业应用,应用结果表明,结构故障率降低了约25%。 Hydraulic support is the key equipment in coal mining,directly impacting production efficiency and safety.This paper uses Creo and Ansys software to build a finite element model of ZY29000/45/100D hydraulic support top beam.It is found that the top beam suffers from a significant stress concentration phenomenon in the column socket area,and the maximum equivalent stress reaches 875.93 MPa,resulting in a low safety factor of the structure.The structural optimization scheme for the top beam is designed,the thickness of the local reinforcement plate is increased,the stiffer plate and the diagonal rib plate are added to enhance the mechanical properties of the top beam,and the optimized safety factor of the top beam reaches 1.23,meeting the requirements of relevant specifications.The industrial application is carried out according to the optimization scheme,and the application results show that the structural failure rate is reduced by about 25%.
