摘要
针对大采高综采工作面在集中供液过程中存在的压力损失大、响应速度慢以及支护易失效的问题,以某矿井1201工作面使用的ZY29000/45/100D型液压支架为研究对象,通过构建仿真模型,重点对液压支架移架特性、压力损失对液压系统动态特性影响、泵站泄漏对液压系统动态特性的影响三个方面展开仿真分析。研究结果表明:1201工作面ZY29000/45/100D型单个支架执行移架动作的时间为15.3 s,能够满足支架高效的移架工序需求,供液流量为3150 L/min、管路直径为50 mm、管路长度为1500 mm时,支架位移与压力响应特性较好,能够为工作面提供良好的支护效果,泵站泄漏对支架降柱动作影响较大,在实际生产过程中,应加大对泵站的检修与维护,尽可能降低因泵站泄漏造成的时间损耗。
Aiming at the problems of large pressure loss,slow response speed and easy failure of support in the process of centralised liquid supply in large-height comprehensive mining face,the ZY29000/45/100D hydraulic support used in 1201 face of the mine is taken as the object of study,and the simulation model is constructed to focus on three aspects of simulation and analysis:the characteristics of the hydraulic support moving,the influence of pressure loss on the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system,the influence of leakage of the pump station on the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system,and the influence of the pump station on the dynamic characteristics of the hydraulic system.The results show that:the time for a single bracket of ZY29000/45/100D in 1201 working face to move the bracket is 15.3 s,which is able to meet the demand of the efficient bracket moving process,and the displacement and pressure response characteristics of the bracket are better with the flow rate of liquid supply of 3,150 L/min,the diameter of the pipeline of 50 mm,and the length of the pipeline of 1,500 mm,and it is able to meet the demands for the efficient bracket moving process.When the supply flow rate is 3150 L/min,the pipeline diameter is 50 mm,and the pipeline length is 1500 mm,the displacement and pressure response characteristics of the stent are better,and it can provide good support effect for the working face.The leakage of the pumping station has a greater impact on the stent lowering action,and the maintenance of the pumping station should be increased in the actual production process to reduce the time loss caused by the leakage of the pumping station.
