摘要
建立了液压支架立柱的冲击模型,通过推算液压支架立柱等效刚度,应用能量法分析推导了液压支架立柱冲击动载荷系数的表达式,进而计算了不同立柱的等效刚度和动载荷系数,从而可以求得冲击过程对地基基础的最大作用力,为立柱冲击试验台的配套地基基础提供边界载荷数据,也为进一步研究立柱抗冲击性能奠定基础。因此,立柱冲击动载荷系数分析对于后续的立柱抗冲击性能分析和冲击试验台建设具有重要意义。
The impacting model of hydraulic column was established. With energy method, expression of dynamic load coefficient was deduced by calculating the equivalent stiffness, and then equivalent stiffness and dynamic load coefficient 'of different column were calculated. The maximum impacting force was able to be acquired, which provided boundary loading data to foundation of impacting equipment of column and laid the foundation to study the anti-impacting property of column. Impacting dynamic load coefficient analysis of the hydraulic column has significance to analysis of anti-impacting property of column and construction of impacting equipment.
