液压顶升球面定心平衡载荷设计与可靠性分析

Design and reliability analysis of balanced load for spherical centering of hydraulic jacking

摘要 文中针对400吨级液压顶升机构在大梁直接作用下,出现偏载工况的载荷失衡问题,提出球面定心结构设计。设计带有球心球窝的凹凸板,通过建立赫兹接触力学模型与有限元仿真验证,表明球面定心可将不平衡载荷重新分配至机构中心,降低偏载率。解决了大型吊装设备在过程中由于风载、应力载荷等作用下液压顶升机构顶升偏载的问题,对吊装过程稳定性、安全性具有实际意义。 Considering eccentric loading arising from unbalanced loads on a 400 t hydraulic jacking mechanism subjected to direct action of girder,a spherical centering structure was proposed.A concave-convex plate incorporating a ball center and a matching socket was designed,and a Hertz contact-mechanics model was established and verified by finite element simulation.The results demonstrate that the spherical centering can redistribute the unbalanced load toward the mechanism center and reduce the eccentric-load ratio.This solution addresses the eccentric load of hydraulic jacking mechanism induced by wind and structural loads during the hoisting of large equipment,offering practical significance for stability and safety during hoisting operations.
