摘要
针对薄煤层综采工作面液压支架效能提升需求,文章以ZYF2400/08/16D型液压支架为研究对象,基于自动化控制技术原理,开发了新型电液调控系统。构建包括支架控制器、执行机构及监测模块的体系架构,重点对薄煤层工况下的支架控制器展开专项设计。选用由微处理器构成的最小系统单元、基于工业总线协议的通信单元、集成逻辑运算功能的基础控制单元、具备功率输出特性的驱动单元,以及多通道信号采集单元组成硬件设备。经工程实践验证,该设计显著提高了支架动作的协调性,有效保障了薄煤层开采作业的安全性与生产效率。
Based on the demand for improving the efficiency of hydraulic support in fully mechanized mining face of thin coal seam,this paper takes ZYF2400/08/16D hydraulic support as the research object,and develops a new electro-hydraulic control system based on the principle of automatic control technology.The system architecture including support controller,actuator and monitoring module is constructed,focusing on the special design of support controller under thin coal seam working condition.The minimum system unit composed of microprocessor,the communication unit based on industrial bus protocol,the basic control unit integrating logic operation function,the drive unit with power output characteristic and multi-channel signal acquisition unit are selected as the hardware equipment.The engineering practice proves that the design significantly improves the coordination of the support movements and effectively guarantees the safety and production efficiency of the thin coal seam mining operation.
