摘要
“双减”背景下,作业设计成为教育评价改革的着力点,作业目标则是作业设计的导航.教师对作业目标设计的注意力分配,呈现着作业评价改革的实然样态.基于教师的注意力分配,对48篇义务教育阶段的数学作业目标文本进行质性分析,研究发现,教师的作业目标设计主要分为知识性目标、操作性目标以及情感性目标3类,并且教师在情感性目标中投入更多注意力.具体而言,3类作业目标呈现出对评价背景、价值导向、内容设置以及学习方式4方面的注意力分配,即凸显减负提质的明确性、指向核心素养的育人性、体现“教-学-评”的一致性以及关注学生数学学习的发展性.减负提质背景下,应从整体性、结构性以及协同性3方面,分配教师在作业目标设计中的注意力投入,以充分发挥目标对作业设计的引领功用.
Under the background of“double reduction”,homework design has become the focus of educational evaluation reform,and the homework objective is the navigation of homework design.Teachers’attention allocation to homework objective design shows the real pattern of homework evaluation reform.Based on teachers’attention allocation,this paper makes a qualitative analysis of 48 mathematics homework objective texts in the compulsory education stage,and finds that teachers’homework objective design is mainly divided into three categories:knowledge objective,operational objective and emotional objective,and the teachers pay more attention to the emotional objective.Specifically,the three types of homework objectives show the allocation of attention to the four aspects of evaluation background,value orientation,content setting and learning mode,namely,highlighting the clarity of reducing burden and improving quality,pointing to the nurturing nature of core competencies,reflecting the consistency of“teaching-learning-evaluation”,and paying attention to the development of students’mathematics learning.Under the background of reducing the burden and improving the quality,teachers should allocate their attention input in homework objective design from the aspects of integrity,structure and coordination,so as to give full play to the guiding function of objective on homework design.
