摘要
高职院校和区域中小学法治教育一体化建设既是落实大中小学思政课一体化建设的内在要求,也是新时代深化法治中国建设的基础工程。然而在推进过程中,仍面临诸多挑战,系统论为应对现实挑战提供了新的视角。基于系统思维,可从教育目标、教育内容、实践路径、保障机制四个维度,通过梯度目标设计、分层内容设置、多元平台建设以及动态机制保障,形成全学段衔接、全要素联动的法治教育模式,从而推动法治教育高质量发展,为落实立德树人根本任务、培养社会主义法治建设者提供理论指导。
The integrated development of legal education in higher vocational colleges and regional primary and secondary schools is not only an inherent requirement for implementing the integrated development of ideological and political education across all educational levels,but also a fundamental project for deepening the construction of a law-based China in the new era.However,there are still many challenges in the promotion process,and system theory provides a new perspective for addressing practical challenges.Based on systems thinking,a comprehensive legal education model can be constructed by focusing on four dimensions of educational objectives,educational content,implementation pathways,and safeguarding mechanisms.Through tiered objectives design,layered content arrangement,diversified platforms setting,and dynamic safeguarding mechanisms,we can establish a legal education model characterized by seamless inter-level connectivity and holistic multi-factor synergy.This approach not only advances the high-quality development of legal education,but also provides theoretical guidance for fulfilling the fundamental task of fostering moral integrity and cultivating builders of socialist rule of law.
