蒙古国本土中文师资指标体系构建研究

摘要 随着中蒙两国在政治、经济、文化等领域交流的不断深化,蒙古国对中文人才的需求日益增长,中文教育在蒙古国的发展迎来新的机遇。本土中文师资作为中文教育质量的核心保障,其专业素养直接影响教学效果与中文教育的可持续发展。本文以蒙古国本土中文师资为研究对象,基于教师专业发展理论、第二语言习得理论及跨文化交际理论,结合蒙古国中文教育的现状与需求,运用文献研究法、德尔菲法和层次分析法,构建蒙古国本土中文师资指标体系。该体系涵盖专业知识、教学能力、跨文化素养、职业素养四个一级指标及14个二级指标,50个具体行为指标,旨在为蒙古国中文师资的培养、评估与发展提供科学依据,推动蒙古国中文教育事业的规范化、专业化发展。 With the continuous deepening of exchanges between China and Mongolia in the fields of politics,economy,and culture,Mongolia’s demand for Chinese language talents is increasing,and the development of Chinese language education in Mongolia is ushering in new opportunities.As the core guarantee for the quality of Chinese language education,the professional literacy of local Chinese teachers directly affects the teaching effect and the sustainable development of Chinese language education.This paper takes local Chinese teachers in Mongolia as the research object,and constructs an index system for local Chinese teachers in Mongolia by applying the litera ture research method,Delphi method,and analytic hierarchy process,based on the theories of teacher professional development,second language acquisition,and cross-cultural communication,combined with the current situation and needs of Chinese language education in Mongolia.The system covers 4 first-level indicators,including professional knowledge,teaching ability,cross-cultural literacy,and professional quality,as well as 14 second-level indicators and 50 behavioral indicators.It aims to provide a scientific basis for the training,evaluation,and development of Chinese teachers in Mongolia,and promote the standardized and professional development of Chinese language education in Mongolia.
