摘要
数学教育在小学阶段占有重要地位,尤其是低年级阶段。随着教育理念的更新和教学需求的变化,小学低年级数学教师面临着多重教学困难。本文探讨了教师在教学过程中面临的主要困难,包括学生兴趣缺乏、认知差异、课堂管理和教学方法单一等问题。通过分析这些问题的根源,提出了多元化的优化策略,如提升教师的专业素养、采用游戏化与探究式学习、差异化教学、优化教学资源及环境、促进家校合作等。研究旨在为提高小学低年级数学教学效果提供理论支持和实践指导。
Mathematics education plays a crucial role in elementary education,especially in the early grades.With the evolution of educational philosophies and teaching demands,elementary school teachers face multiple challenges in their teaching practices.This paper explores the main difficulties faced by teachers,including student disinterest,cognitive differences,classroom management,and the use of traditional teaching methods.By analyzing the root causes of these issues,several optimization strategies are proposed,such as enhancing teachers'professional development,implementing gamified and inquiry-based learning,differentiated instruction,optimizing teaching resources and environment,and promoting home-school cooperation.The study aims to provide theoretical support and practical guidance for improving teaching effectiveness in lower elementary school mathematics.
